**Peak Towers Apartments** is a DLC expansion for [Peak Towers](https://tstudio-by-turbosaif.gitbook.io/tstudio/products/mlos/peak-towers) that adds **14 fully furnished apartment floors** to Tower A.

### **FEATURES & LAYOUT**

🏢 **14 Apartment Floors**\
Each floor contains **1 hallway** and **4 unique apartments** (L1, L2, R1, R2) — that's **56 apartments** and **14 hallways** in total.

🛋️ **Fully Furnished**\
Every apartment comes furnished out of the box. You can toggle furniture on or off per apartment using entity sets.

🔢 **Floor Number Signs**\
Each hallway displays the correct floor number. Signs can be toggled individually per floor.

🏠 **Smart Home Blind Controls**\
Each apartment features interactive smart switch props on the wall. Walk up and press E to open a menu where you can control the window blinds for each room. 🛗 **Dedicated Elevator**\
A dedicated apartment elevator connects all 14 floors to the Peak Towers Lobby. Fully configured and ready to use.
